I got a personal trainer( Blake Ernst ) at the gym Im going to. Shit had to change basic functions was getting hard to do. I didn't want to live my life like this anymore. Everyone was blaming covid but covid wasn't ordering jets pizza and sitting on a couch day in and day out. That was my own fault. Like I always say Man up. So it is my time to man up and get myself right. Four and half months later with diet and hard work I am down 75lbs.
